SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much does shipping cost?
For local orders, we will have it delivered in hand at a fee or allow the customer to pickup their order at the following location: 76, Salaffa Complex, Curepipe.
Standard shipping to our selected areas is calculated by our courier! However, prior to confirming your order, you’ll be able to select expedited delivery options and review the prices for each option.
In the case that you chose our trial fitting option, you will receive 2 separate shipments – fitting garment and final garment.
When will my order arrive?
We work to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. Our warehouse begins processing your order within 3-5 business days after it is submitted and may take from around 2 to 3 weeks to have it completed. Keep in mind that packages aren’t transported over weekends or local public holidays. Please note that our expected time frames are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of Silhouette Intemporelle, and the courier’s, control.
After payment clearance and reception of the customer’s measurements, the order process will be as follows:
1) Reserve the materials for the garment.
2) Prepare the trial fitting piece (if ordered as an option).
3) Ship trial fitting piece and await for confirmation or feedback from the customer.
4) Prepare the final garment according to measurements given or according to customer feedback.
5) Ship the completed garment(s).
Unfortunately, due to shipping restrictions, if your country is not available in our checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.
We also cannot ship directly to APO / FPO, PO BOX or Parcel locker addresses. Since we cannot track packages after their arrival at these drop – off points, we are reluctant to make shipments that may be misdirected or lost.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our premises.
What if my package gets damaged during delivery?
Please carefully examine your package as soon as it arrives. If any of your ordered products are damaged (whether visible or hidden) during transport, please report the damage to the carrier within 7 days. Transportation damage must also be reported to Silhouette Intemporelle within 7 days of receiving your order.
From where are orders shipped?
All of the orders are shipped from 76, Salaffa Complex, Curepipe, Mauritius.
Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Silhouette Intemporelle cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Customers that will place an order with Mauritius delivery address, should not be subject to import duties as we will ship the products from our premises in Mauritius.
We do not make partial shipments which means that we will wait to ship until all the products you ordered are available.
Customers from Mauritius are welcome to collect their orders at our shop Ghanty Fils at 76, Salaffa Complex, Curepipe.
